524WiFi.com is operated by Tomorrow Systems s.r.o.® These terms apply to orders placed through this shop. Mandatory consumer rights in the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
2. Products, prices, orders and payment
Product pages describe each item's main features, compatibility, and price. Product images are for reference when minor production changes do not affect the stated specifications.
- Prices and the selected currency are displayed before checkout. VAT treatment depends on the delivery country and the customer's verified EU VAT status.
- Shipping and any other charges collected by us are shown before the order is placed. For destinations outside the EU, import VAT, customs duty and carrier clearance fees may be payable by the recipient and are not included unless explicitly stated.
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include PayPal, bank transfer and other methods enabled for the destination.
- The customer can review and correct the order before clicking Order & Pay. Selecting that button submits an order with an obligation to pay.
An automated acknowledgment confirms that we received the order. The sales contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or ship the goods, whichever occurs first. We may reject an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, an obvious pricing error, failed payment, sanctions or export restrictions, or a reasonable fraud risk. Any amount already collected for a rejected order will be refunded.
3. Delivery
Delivery options, restrictions, estimated times and prices are shown during checkout. Unless a different period is agreed, consumer goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact the customer promptly.
For consumers, risk of loss or damage passes when the customer or a designated third party physically receives the goods, except where the customer independently commissions a carrier not offered by us. Please report visible transport damage promptly so we can pursue the carrier; this does not remove statutory rights.
4. Consumer right of withdrawal
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement before the deadline. The quickest method is our online function:
You may also email [email protected] or write to the customer-service address above. Include your name, order number, contact email, and the items involved. We will send an electronic acknowledgment of an online withdrawal without undue delay.
Returning goods and refunds
- Return goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
- The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the goods are faulty, incorrect, or we agreed otherwise. Please use tracked, adequately insured shipping and ESD-safe packaging for electronic modules.
- We reimburse payments received for the withdrawn goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for that order, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days after notice of withdrawal. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or the consumer supplies evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- The consumer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The statutory right does not apply where the law provides an exception, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, sealed software or digital media after unsealing where applicable, and digital content supplied before the end of the period after the consumer's express request and acknowledgment of losing the right. Opening ordinary protective packaging of standard electronic goods does not by itself remove statutory rights.
Voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to statutory rights, most standard in-stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition. This voluntary policy does not restrict the 14-day statutory right or rights relating to faulty goods. Customized, specially sourced, or programmed products may be excluded from the voluntary extension. Contact us for an RMA before shipping a return; customers outside Europe may be given a local return address.
Model withdrawal wording
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [goods], ordered on/received on [date], order number [number], consumer name and address, date.” A signature is needed only for a paper notice.
5. Faulty goods and legal guarantee
EU consumers receive the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, normally for at least two years from delivery. If goods are faulty, do not match their description, or are not fit for the agreed purpose, the consumer may request the remedies available under applicable law, normally repair or replacement at no charge and, when the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or contract termination and refund. Commercial or manufacturer warranties never replace these rights.
Contact [email protected] with the order number, product SKU, description of the fault and useful diagnostics. We will provide handling instructions. Do not send radio equipment, lithium batteries or ESD-sensitive modules without suitable packaging.
6. Business customers
Statutory consumer withdrawal and consumer-guarantee provisions apply only when the buyer is acting for purposes outside the buyer's trade, business, craft, or profession. Business orders remain covered by the agreed product specifications and applicable rights for defects, but not by consumer-only rights. Any individually negotiated written terms take priority for the relevant business order.
7. Complaints, applicable law and ADR
Please contact us first at [email protected]; we aim to resolve complaints directly. Czech law applies, but this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under mandatory consumer-protection rules remain available.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the competent Czech out-of-court dispute-resolution body is:

8. Privacy, security and changes
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. We may update these terms prospectively when law or shop processes change. The version supplied or available when an order is placed governs that order, except where a mandatory later rule applies.
