The AirPrime® EM9190 M.2 from Sierra Wireless is an Embedded 5G NR and LTE Cat-22 Module that supports Sub-6 GHz and mm-Wave bands. This device is a part of the Sierra EM Series that offers global 5G connectivity. It delivers up to 5.5 Gbps of downlink speed and up to 330 Mbps of uplink speed.

The EM9190 device is available in a 30 x 52 x 2.38 mm footprint. With automatic 4G and 3G fallback networks, and a built-in GNSS receiver, it can be used for a wide range of M2M and IoT applications such as industrial routers, home gateways, industrial and consumer laptops, rugged tablet PCs, video surveillance and digital signage.

LINUX users : customer was required to update their kernel by edited /drivers/net/wireless/ath/regd.c with change the following "reg->country_code = CTRY_UNITED_STATES;" to their country accordingly since this is an initial limitations of the card from Linux operating system itself.
